I have been a butcher for over 27 years. During this time I have been involved in all areas of butchery from selecting animals at market right through to preparing cuts of meat and processing meat further to create new products that are ready to go straight in the oven.  I was involved in establishing two butchery departments within farmshops before deciding to set up my own business to try and promote butchery and help other businesses to make a success of their butchery departments. I am passionate about my work and I hope to inspire more young people to become interested in Butchery and join the profession.
